Quote of the week

“This is going to be like a huge success or we’re going to crash and burn completely. But that’s fine, because the space in between is completely boring anyway.”

- James Watt, co-founder of fast growing Scottish craft beer company BrewDog, speaking at the company's brewery in Ellon, Scottland this week.

Discovery of the week

This week, we’ve have had the pleasure of discovering Soho’s very own Shotgun BBQ. Hidden away behind Carnaby Street, Shotgun BBQ offers up diners a simple but delicious menu of, as the name suggests, BBQ’d meats with beautifully crafted sides (and not a chip to be seen on the menu). With a gorgeous ‘American Bar’ style interior, Shotgun BBQ is bringing a touch of class to food that truly is finger lickin’ good.

Twitter account of the week

While it’s not exactly a Twitter account, the @flynorwegian account on Instagram is great for anyone who loves planes – it’s a collection of pictures taken by crew around the world. And this week, they’ve been keeping followers updated on their efforts to support UNICEF by delivering school supplies to Syrian refugees.
